Speech of the university Vice

The university's ability to achieve its goals and mission in building and developing society depends on its capacity to perform its various functions, which can be summarized in three main roles: transmitting knowledge through education, producing knowledge through scientific research, and developing society through its outputs. Each function is not an independent effort undertaken in isolation from the others. Therefore, instead of the concept of the university as isolated from society, the concept of the university as a force for societal development is proposed.
