In accordance with article (16) UofK legislation for the year 1995 and up on the recommendations made by the committee of monitoring the elections of the students union for 2010-2012 on the irregularities of the process of electing the office for tow years, the chancellor issued a decree a committee chaired by prof: Abdul Malik Mohammed Abdul Rahman with the membership of distinguished expert and experienced teachers from the different colleges in addition to deans of colleges , secretary of Academic Affairs and the dean of students.The committee will have the primary task in steering dialogue with the students on methods of electing and forming the union and the formation of the other academic societies , and then supervise the process in accordance to what have been agreed .
