1- Sudanese applicant, working or residing aboard can apply for an external registration only for degrees by research.
* The candidate must fulfill the admission and registration regulation in sections (6 & 7)
* Internal supervisor and an external supervisor are nominated by the faculty research board and approved by the Graduate College
