Admission of Foreign Students
The Graduate College accepts registration of Non-Sudanese students on the following basis
1- Internal Registration
For students resident in Sudan and conducting their research within the country.
The candidate applying for internal registration will fulfill the requirements and abide by all regulations stated in sections (6 & 7)
2- External Registration
For students resident in Sudan and conducting their research within the country.
This type of registration is only for degrees by research
Candidates applying for external registration will fulfill the requirement and abide by the regulations stated in section (6 & 7).
The candidate will have an additional external supervisor in his country or place of work recommended by the faculty research board after vetting his C.V. and approved by the Graduate College.
The candidate must spend a residency period in Sudan not less than 4 MONTHS for Masters degrees and 6 MONTHS for Ph.D degree with his internal supervisor.
3- Fees:
PH.D Degree 15,000 US Dollars
Masters Degree 10,000 US Dollars
Postgraduate Diploma 5,000 US Dollars
Additional fees shall be paid for any period of extension required after the prescribed period of the study.
Special fees are agreed upon for candidates from Universities and Institutes with bilateral agreements with the University of Khartoum
